Haze is a writer-director and educator from South Korea who seeks to tell stories that strip the audience to their most honest selves. She focuses on themes influenced by nature, languages, Eastern philosophy, and the Western Canon.

She graduated from Yale with a B.A. in Comparative Literature and History. She is currently in pre-production of her upcoming film in Kyoto, Japan as a Parker Huang fellow.

Her anthology feature “Four Seasons of Youth” is a film that interprets the theme of youth through the lens of the four seasons in the US, Mexico, Korea, and Japan.
