Haze is an international filmmaker whose work explores themes of forbidden desires, family, and youth. Born in Seoul and raised in Seattle, she graduated from Yale University with a degree in Comparative Literature and History, furthering her studies at the FAMU Conservatory in Prague.

Currently based in Japan, Haze is in post-production on Four Seasons of Youth, an anthology feature filmed over four years across Japan, the USA, México, and Korea. She is also developing a documentary on the Korean diaspora in Japanese high school baseball.
